I highly recommend Non-Clinical 101. The content is super helpful in choosing pathways (some I didn’t even know were possible), with tons of resources to help you land a non-clinical role. I know RNs, SLPs, and COTAs who have taken it and found a ton of value. Worth the investment!

Self assessments have been key to determine which new career paths are the best “fit”. After that, the networking insights have been a tremendous help. The AI toolkit has been great as well. Finally the resume building advice and interview prep questions helped me get and crush an interview… ultimately landing me a new role at my company. It’s an investment in yourself and well worth the investment!

I started with Go Non Clinical with the Non Clinical PT course. This was my first intro to anything non clinical so it helped me figure out different path options and realistic next steps. I had scoured the weekly job emails religiously for months and was able to land a non-clinical role thanks to Go Non Clinical! If you’re thinking of making the jump, Go Non Clinical is a great resource. Don’t be afraid to explore what’s out there!

The continuously updated job boards, weekly emails with spotlights and job listings, updated curriculum, and now a new one-stop-shop for all things related is so helpful for learning and planning. I landed a non-clinical role! I started following Go non-clinical (the non-clinical PT) a little over 2 years ago. The information has been so helpful. I really enjoyed reading through the success stories and seeing what interview processes look like for different positions, to help me better prepare. I also love the weekly job listings posted in the emails. There are so many areas you can go non-clinical, and this is such a help to see all that there is out there. If you are thinking about making the non-clinical leap- DO IT!

I have not yet decided to leave the clinical world in part or in whole, but the Non Clinical PT gives me the knowledge and confidence that I can do so whenever I am ready! As an SLP, without this course I would feel completely hopeless. The teaching style and self reflection questions keep me focused on what is best for me, not everyone else and their expectations of me. Do not doubt yourself, with the will and the knowledge you can do anything! Have as much confidence in yourself as you do your patients! Non-Clinical 101 helps you decide what you really want and exactly how to get it!

I did finish the course, was so excited to apply to everything that I wanted to do and now I am here!! What helped me most was the guide to interview and learn to research the company I am applying to. It took me a few years before this and when I looked back I think just for one company I sent 100 applications. Thank you very much to the members who gave me hope to push through and encouraging to keep going.

I am so thankful for Non Clinical PT/Go Non-Clinical in helping me successfully transition to full time non clinical work. I originally followed along the Non Clinical PT's posts on facebook and finally invested in myself and enrolled in the course. I am so grateful that I did. This course was thoroughly designed to evaluate yourself, your goals, and deeper dive into non clinical roles to pivot to. I appreciated the information about each role, the example resumes, cover letters and connections to reach out to as well. I absolutely love the revamp of Go Non-Clinical! The new space takes everything I enjoyed about Non Clinical PT and added more to it. We now have the space where we can connect with other students in the course who are starting out thinking about going non clinical, actively trying to change jobs or those who are working non clinically. I really love the ability to interact with one another. The Go Non-Clinical space offers live webinars to interact with employers who are actively hiring, clinicians who have successfully transitioned non clinically and also with the administrative staff to offer feedback and ideas. This new community space of Go Non-Clinical is everything! It will be so helpful for those who are looking to pivot non clinically. In a new journey where the future may be unknown or frowned upon, you will be supported by many individuals that are looking for the same thing and rooting for you along the way! Highly recommend investing in yourself and joining Go Non-Clinical! I wouldn't be happy in my new non clinical job and have a better quality of life without taking this course!

My goal was to find a hybrid role that qualified for the PSLF program. After applying to numerous roles and going through countless phone screenings and interviews, I looked at my hospital's internal job hub and applied for a health informatics specialist position. While I had experience as an Epic Super User for my therapy department, I attribute a major part of my success to The Non-Clinical PT. The clinical/health informatics course, especially the interview preparation questions, made me feel much more confident and empowered to showcase my skill set. I was offered the position and am excited to start this new career chapter! I am incredibly grateful to The Non-Clinical PT for the support. To everyone still searching: keep going and don’t give up!
