The Non-Clinical 101 course was a lifesaver and an amazing resource. It was the biggest factor in my transition out of patient care.

I went from being a new grad who couldn't get a job in clinical care to working in health tech within 2 years! Thank you for creating an incredible course to help rehab professionals.

I wanted to reach out to thank you because I don’t know what I would have done without Non-Clinical 101. So, genuinely, thank you! My job was soul sucking and I had to get out, and I finally have something to look forward to!

I’m really enjoying having TNCPT in one easy to assess place. The quiz really helped me to hone in on roles that fit my skills and goals and I’m looking forward to collaborating with the other members and supporting others in their successful transitions .

I highly recommend Non-Clinical 101. The content is super helpful in choosing pathways (some I didn’t even know were possible), with tons of resources to help you land a non-clinical role. I know RNs, SLPs, and COTAs who have taken it and found a ton of value. Worth the investment!

At first I thought: yikes, the price is steep!! But, I cannot tell you how well worth the money it was. The material in the course is invaluable. Within 4-6 weeks of starting the course, I managed to identify what I wanted to do. I had the tools to help me succeed ...and got an offer!

- Amy, OT • Pre Service Coordinator

TNCPT has opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities beyond traditional clinical care. The community they have created is so supportive, with loads of tools and tips. I have really enjoyed listening to the interviews from employers discussing non-clinical roles and therapists that have successfully transitioned.

I am thrilled with the role I landed. The pay is actually better than what I was making in outpatient private practice! I used the sections on resume/cover letter writing, interviewing, and negotiating in real time as I went through the process. I know that I would not have had the courage to apply to a position like this without this course.

Self assessments have been key to determine which new career paths are the best “fit”. After that, the networking insights have been a tremendous help. The AI toolkit has been great as well. Finally the resume building advice and interview prep questions helped me get and crush an interview… ultimately landing me a new role at my company. It’s an investment in yourself and well worth the investment!

I would like to thank this group for providing guidance as to landing a nonclinical job. I am happy to announce that I landed my first nonclinical job as a Care Coordinator with Optum. I did finish the course, was so excited to apply to everything that I wanted to do and now I am here!! What helped me most was the guide to interview and learn to research the company I am applying to. It took me a few years before this and when I looked back I think just for one company I sent 100 applications. Thank you very much to the members who gave me hope to push through and encouraging to keep going.
